These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Homecoming India website and all services provided by us. By using our website or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

Homecoming India offers travel planning and coordination services including curated itineraries, hotel and transport arrangements, guides, and on-ground support. All services are customised based on your requirements.

3. Booking Process

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of fifty percent of the total trip cost as an advance payment. Once confirmed, we will share booking details and confirmations via email or official communication channels.

4. Payments

Payments must be made only through Homecoming India’s official payment gateways, including Razorpay, CCAvenue, or Stripe. We do not accept payments via personal accounts, messaging apps, or third-party links. Full payment details are available on our Payments Page.

5. Pricing and Inclusions

Your itinerary will clearly list all inclusions. Any services, meals, activities, upgrades, or expenses not listed are excluded and must be paid for separately.

6. Changes and Modifications

If you request changes to your itinerary, we will do our best to accommodate them. All modifications are subject to availability and may involve additional costs. We cannot guarantee changes beyond our control.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Refund timelines depend on the payment gateway and the policies of our partner service providers.

8. Travel Documents

Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, permits, and any other required travel documents. While we may provide guidance, we do not guarantee visa approvals.

9. Behaviour and Use of Services

Travellers agree to follow local laws, respect cultural norms, and behave responsibly toward guides, drivers, hotels, and fellow travellers. Any misconduct is the traveller’s sole responsibility.

10. Liability

Homecoming India is responsible for arranging the services listed in your confirmed itinerary. We are not liable for events beyond our control, including but not limited to delays, weather conditions, strikes, accidents, government actions, or failures of third-party vendors such as airlines or hotels.
